The challenge
Accefy was searching for a premium sales and marketing platform to solve their growth needs. Its main objective was to launch and position themselves as a leader in the field of revenue management, reaching potential clients in Argentina and the rest of Latin America in record time.
Our proposal
Upon contacting us, Accefy had not yet decided which platform to use, nor was it clear on how to carry out the marketing actions it needed to achieve its objectives. Our job was to help them define that path, with the onboarding process and creating the strategy for the future of the company.
First, we teach them to appreciate the full potential of HubSpot, showing them what the platform and inbound marketing could do for their company. Secondly, we train them extensively in the use of the tools that HubSpot offers for the marketing and sales teams, helping them to outline the next steps in their growing strategy.

With Accefy's needs in mind, we designed a training program in which we cover the most important aspects of HubSpot and the inbound methodology.
The training was conducted in four sessions and covered topics such as:
Users Setup on HubSpot. Configuration and permissions.
Customize property creation for contacts and companies.
Design landing pages and forms.
Marketing automation and workflow creation.
Custom dashboards for analytics monitoring.
Funnels reporting to overseas marketing and sales.
Integration with social networks tools.
Reviewing the concepts of inbound methodology were also part of the training and onboarding process to make better use of the platform.
