Accefy was searching for a premium sales and marketing platform to solve their growth needs. Its main objective was to launch and position themselves as a leader in the field of revenue management, reaching potential clients in Argentina and the rest of Latin America in record time.
Upon contacting us, Accefy had not yet decided which platform to use, nor was it clear on how to carry out the marketing actions it needed to achieve its objectives. Our job was to help them define that path, with the onboarding process and creating the strategy for the future of the company.

Its B2B SaaS platform, developed at MIT, combines artificial intelligence and business rules to optimize sales and profit margins for its customers.
Prisma's sales and marketing teams had implemented HubSpot a long time ago, with the goal of optimizing conversions and managing their leads more efficiently. However, there were still many aspects of the platform they could not master, and they knew that they were not managing to take full advantage of the license.
When we started working with Prisma´s team, we realized they needed a tailor-made training process, specifically geared towards those areas of the software they were unable to take advantage of. We designed a training program based on Prisma´s needs. We covered the most important aspects of the tool, but emphasized the points that needed to be reinforced.
The training included topics from contact management to specific solutions such as lead scoring, workflow design, and campaign optimization to gain more experience and better solutions. The reporting capacity and creation of customs dashboards aimed to facilitate the analysis of marketing and sales actions were also reviewed.

Flexibility is a fintech startup that helps financial institutions accelerate their banking and digital retail processes, including, migration of services from branch to cell phone. It is part of a new generation of companies that seeks transformation into the global economy and redefine the way of doing business. A working process made from a new management practice that uses the market streng to generate social and environmental impact.
Flexibility had been implementing HubSpot for a long time, but there was more to be implemented from the software that they were missing a great opportunity to grow with this technology. They knew that they were not getting a 100% licensee program.
